3. The promoter may run multiple competitions at any one time, each competition will have a predetermined prize.
Eligibility to enter
4.1 The prize draws are open for entrants over 18 years of age. The Promoter may require proof of age to be produced before giving or making a Prize. Prizes will not be given or made to Winners found to be under below the age of 18.
4.2 The Competition is open for entry to all persons from the UK and ireland excluding the owners, their family, professional advisers or anyone else connected with the development or operation of the Website or conducts administration of the Competition in any way, shape or form. The Promoter will not be held responsible for entries outside the UK and Ireland and may mean the entry fee not being refunded and the application to the draw withdrawn.
4.3 The entrant is defined as those who enter the competitions online or via other methods the promoter uses via other platforms.
4.4 In entering the prize draw(s), you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
Entering the competition
5.0(a) Competitions are governed by English law and Gambling Acts and all disputes relating to the Competition will be dealt with or resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
5.0(b) In the event that you participate in a Competition online via the Website, and by accepting these terms and conditions you hereby confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our Competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for any Entrant entering any of our Competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should
immediately leave the Website and check with the relevant authorities in your country.
5.1 The skill based question related to the prize must be answered correctly, alongside the agreeance of paying the set fee to be entered into the draw in question.
5.2 The question being answered proves the element of skill or knowledge required in order to be eligible for the opportunity to win the prize.
5.3 Only completed Entries which contain the correct answer as held by the Promoter will be entered into the Competition. Failure to answer any question correctly via the website will still result in any entrant still being charged.
5.4 A maximum of 50 entries are permitted for any natural or legal person for each competition. The Promoter will monitor tickets purchased to allow responsible spending.
5.5 By entering the competition the entrant (‘entrant’, ‘you’, your(s)’) will be deemed to have legal capacity to do so. You will have read and fully understand the terms and conditions and are bound by them and any other relevant requirements set out in any promotional material.
5.7 It is the entrant’s responsibility to provide the promoter with correct and up to date contact information.
5.8 The promoter accepts no responsibility for failure or inability to make contact with any entrant due to errors in the providing of inaccurate information from the entrant.
5.9a To conclude an entry into the Competition, an Entrant will be asked to provide their contact details (including postal and e-mail addresses and a telephone number) and card payment details (for entry fee only). Once the Entry is submitted, the Entrant’s card payment will be electronically approved. 5.9b The Competition does not fall under the promotion of a lottery(2005 Gambling Act) and can legally perform this competition. It is the promoters discretion to allow gratis entries via the format of email. All entries must include the correct answer to the question, along with the entrants name, address, phone number. 6.1 By entering into the Competition, all Entrants acknowledge that their payment for each entry is to answer the Question correctly and thereby enter the Competition does not guarantee in any way that they will win the prize.
6.2 Payment will be made in pounds sterling (GBP) by the entrant via the payment gateway on the website. Alternatively, the entrant may opt-in via our text entrance option. To which the terms and conditions they agree to will apply.
6.3(a)the person’s direct debit must be authorised from a bank located in Great Britain, the person must be 18 or over, must supply their debit card details which must be linked to a bank account (or building society) that is based in Great Britain for which they are an authorised user and must also be linked to an address in Great Britain. This bank or building society account.
6.3(b) the bank or building society card referred to in above must not have been reported as lost or stolen 6.3(c) the bank or building society card must bear the applicant’s name and match the applicant’s details supplied including the applicant’s billing address etc.6.3(d) The Promoter accepts no responsibility and will have no liability for any act or omission of any bank or building society chargebacks, disputes, indemnities and/or failures to pay.
Closing the competition
7.1 Each competition will run until the maximum number of entries has been met. After which, all entrants will be notified of a draw date within 48 hours of the competition close. The prize may still be awarded at the discretion of the promoter even if the maximum number of paid entries has not been met.
7.2 When the Maximum Number Of Entries and/or the Closing Date is reached, the Competition will close; however the promoter reserves the right to extend the closing date by up to 6 weeks at its discretion.
7.3 All Entries to the Competition are final and no refunds shall be made at any time or for any reason, except in the case of entries submitted after the Closing Date or if the competition gets cancelled.
7.4 The promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into about the result of the Competition following the determination of the Winner.
7.5 Each Entrant agrees that the usual requirement under the Consumer Protection(Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 for any goods and services ordered online to be supplied within 30 days will not apply to this Prize Competition.
7.6 If the Number of Entries to the Competition does not exceed the maximum number of entries at the closing date, the Competition will either close and the proceeds will either be deemed sufficient to award the prize, at the sole discretion of the promoter , or the remaining funds will be allocated as a cash prize to a winner after the deduction of any expenses and marketing fees.
7.7 Should all prizes listed not be sold in time before the draw time ends, the draw still will be drawn! The money ‘In it to win it UK’ received from all entries prior to the draw being drawn live, The Promoter ‘In it to win it UK’ will be entitled to retain 30% of the Entry Fees to cover administration. The remaining balance following deduction of the 30% plus expenses (marketing, payment solutions , legal fees , website hosting) is “the Prize Fund”. The Prize Fund will then be offered to the winning Entrant;(not the raffle prize listed).
8.1 The winning Entrant will be selected via a live draw, each entrant will be assigned a number. Each draw type may vary, generally a random number generator will be used, however entrants will be notified of how the draw will be done prior. All draws will be made live within 48 hours of the competition closing.
8.2 The winner will be chosen at random once the maximum number of entries has been reached.
8.3 Full details of the draw date/time will be confirmed once the competition has been concluded via social media sites and or our website. This decision will be made within 48 hours of the close of the competition.
8.4 The entry lists will be displayed on our social media sites – and/or our website with the draw date and time included.
8.5 There will only be one winner per competition unless otherwise stated.
9.1 Once the winner has been selected they will be contacted by the information the entrant submitted at the time of entering (email address, contact number).
9.2 If the Winner cannot be contacted by the Promoter within 7 days of being notified of their status as the Winner by e-mail, telephone, or mail via the contact details submitted along with their entry, then the Promoter reserves the right to then select an Alternate winner, who will then have 7 days to accept the prize following the same routes of contact as the original Winner. The original winner will have no claim to the prize after the Alternate Winner is selected.
9.3 Each winner agrees to a photo/testimonial for the website by accepting our terms and conditions.
9.4 Proof of identity must be provided upon collection of the prize and match the details provided on entry of the competition. A prize can not be collected by someone else on the winner’s behalf.
10.1 The Promoter owns any prize offered from the time the competition is live until successful handover is completed.
10.2 The Promoter does not imply or give any warranty or accept any valuation to the prize. The Entrant must make up their own decision through their own enquiries and legal advice before entering the competition.
10.3 The prize will only be that as awarded at the time of the draw, no alternatives will be offered under any circumstance.
10.4 Collection of the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner, from the Promoter’s address unless otherwise agreed between the Promoter and the Winner.
10.5 The winner will be required to provide proof of identity and proof of entry into the competition at the time that the prize is collected.
10.6 The Winner hereby agrees that all Prizes are subject to and are conditional on the terms and conditions of the Promoter, Prize provider.
10.7 Each Prize must be accepted and is non-transferable to other substitutes and cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers or discounts.
Delivery of the Prize to the Winner’s home address in Great Britain is free. Addional charges outside Great Britian may apply.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Competition at any time either before or after tickets have been sold. If the Competition is cancelled, the Promoter will return any Entry Fees paid to each Entrant (either by bank card refund or by cheque and in one combined payment where several entries have been made by a competitor or store credit). Where the Entry Fee is returned, the Promoter shall have no further liability to the Entrant or to any other person;
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an Entrant as a result of incomplete entries or failed computer communications or for any loss suffered as a result of use of the Website.
The promoter will not be accountable for any cancellations in flights, bookings or other arrangements made via 3rd parties which are beyond their control. They will also not be bound to offer alternative solutions in replacement of prize trips for reasons beyond their control. this includes, weather, epidemics, pandemics, war, political unrest or any other forces beyond the operators control. it will be the responsibility of the third party booking agent to offer the best advice on steps to take.
